This video is about the morning routine of various Japanese people, and was good for learning practice because the conversation felt very casual, and was not diffucult  to follow along with with both the captions and dialouge. Much of the vocab from our textbook was used, but it also included new practical vocab as well as defined what it meant. For example,ギリギリまで which means until the last minute. As someone who frequently procrastinates I find this phrase very useful.
